Dance mix

Dance mix is ​​a versatile and fast-paced dance class that combines different dance styles in a fun and relaxed way. Influences are taken from street dance, breakdance, jazz and contemporary dance, for example. Different music styles are used in the classes.

During the classes, different dance techniques, easy acrobatic moves and freestyle sections are practiced, which stimulate the imagination and give room for personal expression. The most important thing is the joy of dancing and doing it together, and no previous experience is needed – everyone can find their own way to move with the music.

Dance mix classes are suitable for everyone who wants to enjoy exercise, dance and music without pressure to perform. In a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere, you can try different movements and learn new things through joy.

Equipment: Dance costume or shorts and a tight-fitting t-shirt. Bare feet.
